The hostess was very friendly and wished us a happy anniversary. Our waiter was attentive but not overbearing. Food and drinks were served efficiently and were delicious! My cottage pie was very unique with very tender meat and very tasty vegetables. My husband truly enjoyed his steak. Our view from the window was spectacular. We had a very relaxing lunch and would highly recommend the lounge as it was an excellent experience.

The food presentation was exquisite. Scones were lovely, the darker one was a bit dry and crumbly but the lighter one was great! The croissant was a little dry and harder than expected but the filling was very yummy. I’m glad that the sandwiches had the variety of bread but fillings could be heartier. The candied salmon was lovely. Sitting by the window was wonderful, as was the service. Emily, our server was delightful. Music was perhaps a bit loud (especially given that seniors have hearing aids and are trying to navigate their hearing needs). Overall, we are very glad we came. Prices are not for the faint of heart!

Charlotte was an amazing server. She was very attentive and explained all the details of the meals. You can see she is passionate about her work. Beautiful experience!!!
