I was recently at Gaia for a business dinner and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The ambiance is truly unmatched—elegant, refined, and unlike any other restaurant in New York. The food was exceptional, with every dish crafted to perfection using the freshest ingredients and delivering incredible flavor. What truly set the experience apart was the team. They were warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, ensuring everything ran smoothly. It’s rare to find such a perfect combination of atmosphere, cuisine, and service. We’ll definitely be returning for more.

The food was delicious! French onion soup is a must, perfectly melted Gruyère and a generous amount of soup. I also had the Croque Monsieur which was so filling and beautifully melted. Great ambience, attentive staff and we were not rushed. Made for an absolutely wonderful family get together. Will be back!

The food and specialty drinks were fabulous! It was very crowded due to the holiday and the service could have been better. Drinks weren’t served in a timely manner. We’ve been to this restaurant before and will come back but not during the holidays!

There were 10 of us & we had made reservations at 5 pm as we had 7 pm theater tickets. Our table was ready for us upon arrival & our waiter was friendly & on point from start to finish. Service was great without feeling rushed & his wine suggestion was perfect. The portions are huge so we started with the calamari & Caesar salad which was plenty for all of us & both very good. We chose 4 dishes, Chicken Parmesan, Chicken Scaloppine, Rigatoni & Broccoli, & Penne alla Vodka & all were delicious. We all commnted that the Penne was the best we’d had as the sauce was not too heavy & perfectly spiced. Although we could have only ordered 3 dishes, we all enjoyed the variety of the 4 choices. We finished off with cappuccinos for the table & made it to the theater with 15 minutes to spare. We couldn’t have picked a better restaurant & the bonus was it was very reasonable.
