Napa Valley Bistro was opened in 2013 by chefs Bernardo Ayala and Ernesto Martinez, (also co-owner of Market in St. Helena). Their friendship and working relationship, which has lasted over 20 years was so successful, they decided to pool their resources and stake a claim in downtown Napa's expanding culinary scene. Their aim was to create their own version of classic world cuisine in a comfortable space where family and community could gather for any occasion. The twist is evident in the menus, which sample fare from around the globe. Guests can choose from traditionally prepared Mexican Empanadas or timeless American favorites like the Lamb Burger and St. Louis Ribs.     Cole's chop house was as good as it has been for several years. We had just visited them over the New year and had a fabulous meal, service was great, etc. A must go to when in Napa!!

    I’ve been going to this restaurant for years, the staff has always been incredibly friendly. The food is always fresh, I honestly could not be more happier with the exceptional service and quality overall. I love the ambience and how quick we were seated for my 5:30 PM reservation, the waitress came by took our orders and I was shocked with how much food we ordered when everything came hot and ready in less than 10 minutes and even after we are done, they clean up the table right away and I was honestly just floored how well the service was. I would highly highly recommend this establishment I have definitely been a fan for years and will continue doing so.

    Bar Lucia has become one our favorites in Napa! A must stop for lunch or a break in the afternoon! The food is excellent; this time we enjoyed the roast chicken sandwich and the bacon avocado panini. So good! The wine choices are above average; there are some boutique winery options along with some of the upper end names too. And the froze’? Yes please!! But one of the best things about Bar Lucia is Lauren behind the counter!! She knows everyone, and a lot of locals stop by which is the best recommendation for a place in the midst of a tourist destination!
