Marche, located in Eugene, Oregon, opened in August 1998. The restaurant, which seats 80 guests, has an exhibition kitchen featuring a beautiful wood-fired oven. There is also a stylish bar and a large outdoor dining area, covered with awnings and umbrellas and surrounded by a garden of herbs and edible flowers. Marche takes its name from the French word for market – a word that describes our location in the bustling 5th street Market and more importantly, our philosophy of cooking.     We always have a lovely time when we dine at 1847. Meals are always delicious and service impeccable! I only wish they would change their menu items more often perhaps with every season and the various ingredients available with each new season.

    One of our favorite restaurants. Never disappointed! Menu options change and always absolutely delicious! Service always excellent. We love Saturday or Sunday brunch. Best time for brunch is 10-10:30 am. We highly recommend Marche.

    Amazing! Consistently perfect. On Valentine’s Day they had a specialty menu with Wagyu, amongst other things. They also offered a glass of complimentary champagne, truffles and a single red rose. It was absolutely perfect. I ordered the ribeye, baked potato, creamed corn, Cesar salad and crème brûlée. All items were cooked perfectly and delicious.
