After enduring some difficult nights at the resort (which was corrected) this was the perfect Christmas Eve dinner. The service,servers and leadership team were very hands on and attended to all our needs. The food and dessert were exceptional and we will definitely be returning. Linguine Alfredo was uncooked, batches of pasta stick together. Added Steak to salad was cooked well done, when asked for medium rare. Manager and waitress Service were great, they tried hard to fix kitchen mishap. Atmosphere and seating were good.

This is our favorite restaurant in the Poconos! It’s truly a hidden gem! Food is out of this world. My husband and I are never disappointed, ambience is so romantic its perfect! We always ask for Melissa when we go there. She’s so sweet, attentive, professional and always helps us make up our minds with options on what to eat or what cocktails to get when we’re indecisive! Water’s Edge made an excellent decision by hiring Melissa!
