Erin was so attentive and friendly. Biscuits and butter melt in your mouth. Fantastic brunch for our family.

We were early for our reservation but they sat us right away, the service was excellent and the cook was excellent in his presentation and cooking. We had been to several hibachi restaurants but this one provided rice and noodles added to shrimp, vegetables, soup and salad with your selected meat. Great experience our first time at this restaurant and we would definitely go back.

Every aspect of our dining experience was perfection! Our server, Katie, was personable and professional and helped make our evening even better. The food was delicious and worth every cent. 1890's food presentation and decor are pure art! I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Granbury. We will never miss it when traveling there.

The beer was exceptional - the food was good too. But if I went again, I’d go for the beer!

Incredible service, amazing food, knowledgeable and attentive staff, beautiful location and interior, One Thirty Five is the number one place for fine-dining in the Waco area. Christopher, the Bar Manager, was wonderfully knowledgeable of their wine and pairings, and personally curated a dinner and its pairings for me and my girlfriend’s date. Truly, it was an amazing experience all around and made for a very special night. I would HIGHLY recommend One Thirty Five to anyone who is looking for the perfect place to impress your significant other, or who are looking for the best upscale dining in Waco.
