- RRexWashington, D.C. Area •5 reviews5.0Dined on 27 Dec 2024Superb, as usual. The carrot sformato was an unusual find and quite delicious. The addition of olives to the blood orange and fennel salad hit just the right acid note, Mama’s meatballs were pure beef with a strong dash of anise seed, and the accompanying marinara had been simmering for ages to pick up that deep complexity of flavors and great balance between sweet and slightly acid.More infoThe Pink DoorPrice: Very Expensive• Italian• Belltown / Pike Place Market•4.8
- CCorinneSeattle / Eastern Washington •2 reviews5.0Dined on 25 Dec 2024Enjoyed Christmas Eve dinner at Wild Ginger. The restaurant seemed less than fully staffed for the amount of customers present, even though the place was far from full. Despite this the staff were all upbeat, friendly, helpful, and did not rush their interactions with us. They made sure our table had a fantastic holiday meal that will be fondly remembered. The food was amazing! Unique flavors, beautiful presentation, so delicious! The women’s restroom was a total mess, not at all what I would expect from the price point of this establishment. It looked like it had not been checked since opening. Supplies were out or low, paper all over the floor, water pooling on the counters, a notable disaster. Patrons enjoying a multi-course, family style meal will be at the restaurant a long time and are likely to use the facilities. It’s part of the experience and so easy to keep tidy and stocked. Everyone in our party loved our meal and were pleased with our choice to dine at Wild Ginger.More infoWild Ginger Downtown SeattlePrice: Expensive• Asian• Downtown•4.6
