Our traditional values extend even further: There are no heat lamps or microwaves in our kitchen. Skyviews Restaurant is a full-service, largely self-supporting restaurant designed and operated to provide a hospitality laboratory experience for up to 50 students each week. Food was delicious! The hummus is so flavorful! Doesn't taste so typical. The pork chop was cooked to leave a faint pink, very, very moist and a delicious crust. Veggies were also well pan roasted with good color and flavor.

Had a great time. Food was delicious. Appetizers serving were small. Queso and chips and fried pickles were small servings. Service was a little slow Alton’s got our food really fast- just extra- ketchup, extra ranch, etc…. Games were great Also we did ask if peanut oil was used- had a peanut allergy- Had to ask 3 times… was finally told” it should be fine”. Wasn’t the most definitive answer… would’ve liked a more clear answer
