Serafina's philosophy is simple: Offer the freshest, highest quality ingredients, present the food in an honest and inviting way, and provide the casual warmth and soothing ambiance that echoes the welcoming embrace of an Italian home. The ritual of coming together sharing wine and food with family and friends is the central motif in our lives. Italian food has an immediacy, honesty, and warmth; it possesses the spirit of a grandmother's wisdom and love. Italian food isn't about trailblazing alchemy or edible high fashion; Italian food is about staying connected—to each other, to the past, to the earth.

Toulouse has been our Christmas tradition for 15+ years. Service and food is always excellent. The hostess was superb as it was an extremely busy evening. We had reservations for 6:30 for 5 and they were running a bit late. We were comped an appetizer (a surprise as we were seated only 10 minutes late). We will definitely be returning as often as we can.

Booked our table a month ago, was really excited to visit, The pink door doesn’t let us down. The Food was soooo good and we definitely ordered too much for two, we went straight with 4 Fresh Northwest oysters, Bagna Cauda(Hot Bath), Squid Ink Tonnarelli and Mama’s Meatballs; end up packing it for dinner the night as well, but it was so satisfying. Bagna Cauda (Hot bath) is the most amazing, knowing it’s just a “dip” for veggie, however, it’s different —- you have to try it to know how good it is.

Fabulous dining experience from start to finish. Our cocktails, appetizers (pulpo and burrata), mains (beef short rib tagliatelle special and eggplant involtini), warm focaccia, wine with help from the sommelier, chocolate torte, and post dinner drinks, were all top notch (and v large portions on the food). Charming and efficient server (Jenn S) made us feel welcome. Lovely ambience although noise level was pretty high due to loud neighbors.
