She collaborates closely with Chef de Cuisine Ky’tana Bradley, who manages the kitchen.Originally launched as a casual taco concept in 2022, Paloma has transformed over the past two years into something much more sophisticated. While tacos remain available at the bar, our dinner menu now showcases a selection of artfully crafted appetizers, main courses, and desserts, with steaks being a highlight.     My fiancé and I had an absolutely wonderful time at RH Rooftop Restaurant in Cleveland. The atmosphere was elegant and provided the perfect setting for us to dress up and celebrate our final Valentine’s Day before getting married. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, making the night feel even more special. The food was nothing short of amazing—each dish was beautifully presented and packed with flavor. To top it all off, the staff surprised us with complimentary champagne to celebrate our anniversary, which was such a thoughtful touch. The combination of incredible food, exceptional service, and the gorgeous rooftop ambiance made for an unforgettable evening. We can’t recommend RH Rooftop enough for a special occasion!

    For being one of the busiest holidays (Valentine’s Day) the entire business was well prepared for the crowds. The entire staff was smiling and happy, from reception, to the hostess that seated us to our wait staff. And the food was absolutely delicious. The only bad thing was that I forgot to use my member birthday award…. I guess I’ll have to just go back!
