Our visit to Nightingale was absolutely unforgettable. From the moment we walked in, the service and ambiance set the tone for an exceptional dining experience. The food was beyond incredible—each dish was thoughtfully prepared and bursting with flavor. A special shoutout to our server, Colwyn, who truly made the evening special. He was not only attentive and caring but also incredibly thoughtful with his recommendations. His warm and welcoming demeanor made our first meal in Vancouver a highlight of our trip. We couldn’t have asked for a better start to our time here. Thank you, Colwyn, and the entire team at Nightingale for such a memorable experience. We’ll be back! Excellent service and great food. A classic place for a very nice lunch in the heart of Vancouver. Always a special experience.

Hys is always a fantastic meal. The cheesebread is so addictive. Open flame steak gives a perfect char. What made this night was the service. Our server was Andrew and he was amazing. Not just a great server, his recommendations for drinks/food were perfect. I've been to Hys a bunch of times but Andrew made this special.

Excellent meal at Joey’s Bentall! Tried the cod for the first time, what a delicious dinner. I will be back just for the cod! The kids shared a cheeseburger and hubby had the katsu chicken salad, always delicious. The restaurant was busy, pre hockey game crowd. Our waiter Thomas G, was a star! He added to an already great meal, he was attentive in all the right ways, with a smile and a sense of humour.

We had a very friendly waiter, take about services with a smile, he has done it above and beyond and is a joy to see. The ambience is there, right around the bar area and we can see the bartender focusing on making his concoctions with care and love. The food is excellent especially the apple tartan with the added touch of vanilla ice cream!
