I usually don't write reviews but with Gambero Rosso I will yet again make an exception... The food yesterday was outstanding & fresh, the portions were just perfect to make it all the way to desserts and the selection of wines is just fine. They carry also some big Italian wines so if you love those, you're on the right spot ! The only weaker point of our 3-hour visit as business dinner, was their Tiramisu. I've simply had better ones before but nobody and nothing is ever perfect... For me, it's a 4,5-star experience anytime I enter and anytime I bring someone new there, they always love it as well. This may even sound like a marketing, but I used to serve in high-class Italian place in Aspen, CO, USA many years ago so I really know how it's supposed to look, feel & also taste like :-) Thanks a lot again and see You next time ! My favorite restaurant in Prague to take a break from Czech cuisine. Very authentic modern Italian, including staff from Italy. The degustation menu is sublime and be sure to take advantage of the expert advice of the restaurant sommelier, who is friendly and extremely knowledgeable of both Czech and Italian wines. Above all, the management, staff, and including the bartenders are all extremely professional and provide amazing hospitality. I will return regularly on business in the city. Thanks.

Food is authentic, and well prepared. Beer selection sadly lacking, but great wine cellar. Staff needs training badly! No sense of pacing a meal and checking on guest’s drinks. This would up the restaurant’s game significantly
