The food and service were both outstanding. The Caprese with Burrata is a must-have, and the cheese spread on the pretzel roll was SO good. Filet mignon was very good, and I am going to have dreams about the scalloped potatoes. Also had Kahlua espresso cheesecake for dessert which was incredible. The steaks both came out cooked at least one step higher than requested, but we never mentioned it - they were still delicious. Manager dropped by to check on us and chatted for a couple minutes and was very nice. The decor is dated by about 30 years, if that’s something you care about. I don’t. The layout of the restaurant is very comfortable with room to move. We’ve been in Winston for seven months now, and this is the first restaurant that we could truly give a five-star rating to, and we can’t wait to go back - I’d go back just for the burrata alone.

Waiter was excellent, attentive and helpful. Flounder sandwich and tortilla soup was an excellent combination and delicious.

Lunch today was good. Brie app was great. Chicken bites were just ok. Spinach salad was fresh and grilled shrimp was cooked very well although only 4 on the salad. Turkey sandwich was great! Half price wine by the glass on Tuesdays. Great selection. Service was good.

Great food and huge portions. The service is always excellent and well executed. The nice lady who comes to your table to check on your meal and servers is outstanding. Love her. Dinner is always a great time here. The food is so good you just want to try everything. Make a reservation because they book up quickly no matter what day. I'm a multiple time returning customer. Love this place.

Thursday night, not very crowded, food was great, wine was chilled, and the service was friendly and attentive.
