We visited for a birthday celebration, and I can honestly say everything exceeded our expectations. Our server was exceptional—attentive, polite, and had a great sense of humor. Her recommendations were spot on, and every dish was fantastic. As someone who doesn't typically eat steak, I was blown away by how delicious it was—without a doubt, one of the best steaks I've ever had. We also tried the oysters and tuna tartare, and both were incredibly fresh and flavorful. The evening was perfect, with a wonderful atmosphere that made the experience even more memorable. My only minor critique would be that the area by the window was a bit chilly, but otherwise, it was an unforgettable dining experience. Thank you!

We had a fabulous time. We mentioned that our beet salad was not warm. ( Cold was delicious anyway. ) Chef / owner immediately replaced it. Came to the table and apologized that it should never be served cold then took it off the bill. We told him it was not necessary to do so. He told us he expects meals to be perfect. My wife and I have dined here many times and have never been disappointed. Great staff. My favorite restaurant by far.

We always love coming here. Today was no exception. I love that I can get all the different flavors for one price. The salad bar area and hit area is extensive and my FAVORITE bleu cheese dressing EVER. Service is always great. Highly recommend.

I have been to Cooper’s Hawk many times and have always had excellent food and service. This time I the chicken piccata from the Lunch Specials menu, and it was outstanding: two chicken slices with a delicious sauce with capers and two very tender asparagus spears, and angel hair pasta. For a drink I had warmed red mulled wine, another outstanding choice. The service was quick, and the server paid good attention.
