- IIreneVIPPortland / Oregon •34 reviews5.0Dined todaySome friends got married on short notice after thirty years together so we impulsively invited them to a celebratory dinner on short notice. It was also a third guests birthday. On the drop down menu, we called it a "special occaision" but to get special attention such as what my husband and I have enjoyed for our own anniversary last month, I should have chosen anniversary or birthday. Nonetheless, the service and food were excellent. The booth for five very comfortably seated us for light conversation with a view of the river for four out of five. From time to time some other guests were rather loud, but overall, for most of our meal, the noise level was low enough to converse in inside voices. In December, Salty's offered a reward for buying gift cards. I did so and highly recommend the ease with which I redeemed the rewards for our anniversary and used a good chunk of the gift card for this evening's dinner.More infoSalty's on the ColumbiaPrice: Very Expensive• Seafood• NE Portland•4.7

We each ordered something different and all four entrees were delicious. Our server, Mitch was fantastic as well. Lucca is a home run!More infoLuccaPrice: Expensive• Italian• NE Portland•4.7

- EElenaSan Francisco Bay Area •2 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoI always leave Kachka feeling like my trip was worth it! Last night was no exception. The flavors are always exciting and unique, but there is still an overarching theme of the food being very comforting. I also cannot compliment their vodka selection enough. We got a vodka flight, and every shot was delicious and surprising. The staff were very friendly and attentive, adding to the charm. PS: If you can go during happy hour, I recommend their little combo plate w/ the cabbage roll and borscht! See my photo.More infoKachkaPrice: Expensive• Eastern European• Southeast Portland•4.8
- KKristopherMinneapolis - St. Paul •2 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoWe had a really memorable dinner with our 12 year old daughter who loved the pizza. The menu variety offered something for everyone. The preparation of the gnocchi (2 large rather than the smaller finger-sized) was a neat and delicious twist and the skirt steak was cooked perfectly. Our server had spot-on wine recommendations that paired nicely with our meals. Excited for a return visit.More infoNostranaPrice: Expensive• Italian• Southeast Portland•4.7
