I dined at Ruth’s Chris last night with a couple of coworkers, and while one of us had been before, it was my first time visiting. From the moment we arrived, our waiter, Chris, made a great impression. He was not only friendly but also very knowledgeable about the menu, which made our experience even better. To start, we each had an espresso martini, and it was absolutely delicious. For appetizers, we shared the spicy shrimp and calamari. The shrimp had just the right level of spice—flavorful but not overwhelming—and the calamari was crispy and perfectly seasoned. For our entrees, we all went with the filet, and it did not disappoint. I ordered mine medium-rare, and it was cooked to perfection. One of the standout features was that the steaks come out on sizzling hot plates, keeping them warm throughout the meal. The portion was generous, and the steak practically melted in your mouth. We also ordered a few sides: Brussels sprouts, lobster mac and cheese, and sweet potato casserole. Everything was fantastic, but the lobster mac and cheese was especially memorable—highly recommended. To cap off the meal, we indulged in cheesecake and crème brûlée for dessert, which were the perfect sweet finish to a fantastic meal. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with both the service and the food. The restaurant’s Christmas decorations were also beautiful, adding a festive touch to the atmosphere. If you're looking for a top-notch dining experience, I highly recommend Ruth’s Chris. It’s absolutely worth every penny!

A++++ Last night was my second visit, and it will not be my last. We requested the bar area. It was perfect for my two sons. It was her first visit.. I appreciate that the restaurant has different seating areas that you can try out and decide which is best. Food was amazing. Scallops and Chilean Sea bass wee cooked to perfection. My son’s medium + rib eye was right on point. We both wish they would offer the Porter house option.  Their cookies and cream gelato cake was a perfect ending.  I believe our waitress had too many tables,therefore it wasn’t the service level i experienced on my first visit.  definitely the best seafood and steakhouse. I believe in Orange County.

It was our first time dining here and it was such an amazing experience! We had a cozy table outside on the patio and the food was excellent. The staff was warm and welcoming and we experienced a high level of hospitality from the moment we walked into the restaurant and were greeted by the hosts! The bartender, Eric, and our server, Matthew, really made the night special for us and the birthday we were celebrating!

The food is A-maz-ing! We had the halibut and the pork tenderloin! I want to try Everything on the menu! The almond cake is one of the best desserts I've ever had! (Warning- it is sweet, but absolute perfection!) All of the waiters are very attentive, and made our experience fabulous! We will be definitely returning!!!!

Such a great atmosphere!! So fun even for a Monday night it was busy which we loved. Food was excellent. Mini French dips are to die for. Great drinks great service!! 11/10 highly recommend grabbing dinner or drinks and appetizers so so great!!!!!
