recently took my daughter and my one-year-old grandson on a special outing for the first time, and it was a delightful experience. My grandson was absolutely thrilled, giggling and exploring his surroundings with wide-eyed wonder. The food we enjoyed was delicious, bursting with flavor, and I managed to savor every bite, happily finishing my plate. Our server, Jazmin, was incredibly sweet and welcoming, making us feel right at home with her warm demeanor and attentive service. I first experienced this restaurant chain in Barcelona and have enjoyed its California cousin. Unusual and delicious food, great service. Reasonable value.

We hadn't been to Rooftop since before covid and were totally wowed. Of course, where else would you want to be on a warm, sunny winter day but perched atop Walnut Creek looking on Mt. Diablo and the surrounding hills. We arrived for lunch and all three of us loved our meals -- the dumpling starter was fantastic, and everyone loved their lunch (shrimp tacos, pappardelle/caesar, salmon/caesar). Our server was fantastic, the support staff attentive, the vibe was chill and the music great. Who could ask for anything more. Rooftop is now at the top of our WC dining list.
