   I had not been back since before Covid and though it is a charming French bistro it was somewhat disappointing. There was a table of 5 behind us where on gentleman was extremely loud and made it difficult for us to carry on a conversation. The special first course had tiny pieces of lobster that you didn’t even taste it. The main course though lovely presented was not hot. The apple tartin was nothing special and could have easily skipped it. The staff were very attentive and friendly which helped to make the evening pleasant but will not be in a rush to return.

   Superb menu options and fantastic wine list. Hangar steak and Mary’s chicken were delicious and prepared to perfection. Mildly noisy for a Saturday night. Server was knowledgeable and attentive . Nice quiet location and dining room layout made for a romantic experience .

   The Brussels Sprouts Salad, Charcuterie Plate, and the duck breast with raspberry sauce were all excellent and truly reminiscent of meals in Paris.

   Wonderfully charming and romantic in such a beautiful neighborhood surrounded. We enjoyed the amazing specials and great service on a lovely anniversary night.

   This is such a great experience, the hidden gem that they are, the atmosphere, the excellent service. My only qualms really are that my friend's steak looked like an afterthought on a giant plate of fries. She said she wouldn't order that again, I tried the steak, it was good, but too small a portion for the price, and looked even smaller next to that mountain of fries. I had the duck special which was outstanding, and easily 2x the meat portion she got. They had a wine special opening a nicer bottle of burgundy to do by the glass which was a treat...until the itty bitty 4oz pour. For the price of an evening here it's usually good value, but maybe stay away from glasses and get a bottle instead as the glass pours are too small. And get the duck, not the steak.

   Very quaint small restaurant in a residential neighborhood. Excellent food, wine selection, and impeccable service. Definitely on our list for the next SF visit

    my favorite French restaurant in SF. Food, ambience, service excellent. Parking is not always easy but worth finding. Appetizers, mains and desserts wonderful. Wine list excellent too.
