   Food was excellent. However, the reservation I made for 7:30 wasn't honored. When I arrived with my GF at 7: 26 PM they told us to wait 30 minutes. What's the point of making a reservation if its not honored? The waitress was great and knowledgeable.

   Had reservations for 6:15 got there at 6. Told there’s a wait went to go to bar and told could not wait in there no tables open for bar only. Finally seated at 7pm. Waited another hour and Hal to get food. No where were we told there was a set menu. Food was good once we finally ate

   Party of 6 went out for New Year’s dinner.. 3 out of 4 steaks were over cooked.. Same thing few months ago my husband’s steak over cooked, likes his medium rare..

   The service was really the reason for the poor ratings. We made a reservation for 2 for my Birthday and requested a quiet romantic table. When we arrived we were asked to grab a drink from the bar while they got our table ready. The bartender ignored us never making eye contact while he closed out a number of checks not even a “I will be right with you” then when he finally came over there was no greeting just a robot “what are you having “ when he forgot 1/2 my drink order and we reminded him for my ginger ale back he had already moved on to another order and said it would be a minute. Nobody ever came to tell us our table was ready, when we went up to ask the hostess did apologize for forgetting us. We were seated never given waters or bread or any greeting, welcome in or happy birthday and the table was in a loud area by a back door where they keep the high chairs. A bright light shined down on the table from head height like an interrogation room. Food arrived fast, still no water until we asked. Food was good enough, my steak knife was so dull I could barely cut my meat. We finished and asked for the bill, still no mention of a celebration we had noted on the reservation. We paid table side as a gentleman cleared our table like we were at an In and Out Burger trying to tun the table. A few of the staff were visibly complaining to each other about being so busy because of a large party in the back and one staff member even told the table next to us that the large party was the reason some the slow / poor service. All of these issues scream to the fact that the management has not aligned their service standards with the brand. When you go to a restaurant with $50 + steaks and entrees you expect a basic finer dining experience. This was a BJ’s / Chilies at best with expensive menu items.

   cocktails were amazing. I had the chicken. I absolutely love it. Always have it when I come to Larson’s my guest really enjoyed it. Even my German friend‘s girlfriend loved her beer. Will be back soon. Happy new year.

   We were delighted especially when I requested creme brûlée for my special request through Open Table and they delivered!!! And Eddie- our server, spot on and great customer service! We will be back for the great food, ambiance and excellent customer service! Thank you! We enjoyed our anniversary dinner!

    Took out a while for our server to come and check in with us after we sat down…food took a while for us to get, same with drinks to a while to get…but besides that the food was on point
