   What a dinner! From sitting down service to finishing dessert, everything was flawlessly executed in service and the food was incredible. The broccolini side was my least favorite, but not bad by any means. Filets, rib eye, cauliflower gratin, and truffle fries didn’t disappoint! I’ll be back for more goodness soon!

   Larsen’s Steakhouse owes us nothing! We were looking for somewhere close to home with late seating for New Years Eve and they fit the bill. We made a 10pm reservation, the restaurant was decorated so pretty and festive, there was a gentleman playing the baby grand and singing, the staff were all delightful in spite of how busy it was. Our server was great, she was full of holiday cheer. The food was absolutely delicious (I have never had lobster so tender and perfectly cooked) and right before midnight they passed out champagne and noisemakers and we all ushered in 2025 with great shouts of joy!! Did we splurge? Yes, but it was absolutely worth it!

   Had a lovely NYE dinner at Larsens! Festive decorations and party favors to ring in the NY were def a nice touch. The hubby and I enjoyed cocktails, warm bread, lobster roll and the delicious wedge salad to start. The main that we decided on was the 20 oz chateau breon served with the mushroom cognac sauce. Wow! The sauce is addictive! Amazing, so much flavor. The CB is a must order when coming!! Fantastic!!! Service was very attentive! Thank you Larsen’s Valencia for a memorable NYE meal!!

   We enjoyed a great NYE dinner experience. Even though this was an extremely busy night, we were seated as soon as we arrived for our reservation time, and table service by our waiter and table staff was very attentive. Our food and drinks were awesome. Kudos to the GM for having all hands on deck for this peek period. We can’t wait to come back again!

   We explore restaurants all around the western states and we were blown away by our find in Valencia: Larson's Steakhouse! We had an early dinner on New Year's Eve. There was no special menu for the night but they did offer some great "specials" as additions to the menu. First I'll say what a great menu! There were so many dishes that looked fantastic it was really hard to choose. So we will have to come back for more. We opted for one of the night's specials, which included an 8 oz filet, 8 oz lobster tail, and two jumbo prawns, accompanied by green beans and mashed potatoes. Everything was PERFECT! It was absolutely the BEST filet I've had anywhere! It was "wet aged" and cooked perfectly. A must-have (from other reviews we read) was the lobster bisque. Never had it better! They bring out the bowls with a pile of lobster meat in the bottom, then add the bisque in front of you. It was a brandy & cream mixture that was so rich and creamy, to die for. Our appetizer was a mixture of fresh, creative sashimi that was unique and delicious. And to top it all off, the staff was outstanding: KEVIN was our personable, friendly, knowledgeable waiter who was generous with his time and chatting; WILL was another chatty, friendly staffer who was great to talk with; and a busser named MERCY was terrific also, very personable and a credit to the quality of the restaurant. Major kudos to the management team that has assembled a truly first class package of spectacular food and a terrific team of workers to deliver a great dining experience! We are already planning a return visit at the end of our vacation next week.

   I made reservations thru OpenTable for 7pm for dinner in a booth. Upon arrival and checking in, I was advised it would be 10-15 minutes, that they were waiting for a table/booth to clear and to have a seat at the bar and wait. As it was Christmas evening, I understood and got a drink at the bar. After 30 minutes, I returned to the checkin ask I g if the booth was ready to which he advised no, it would be a longer wait. I returned to the bar and around 7:40 I decided just to order dinner there and hopefully get to the booth shortly thereafter. A little after 8pm and almost finished eating, I was advised my booth was ready. I advised him to disregard, I’ll just finish my meal here at the bar. When I initially booked the reservation, I had to place a $50 deposit in any event I didn’t show. With a 30% tip, my meal with drinks and appetizer was around $277. For that price for one person, and the deposit, it was disappointing to have Christmas dinner seated at a bar.

    It was Christmas Eve and out first time there. They were very busy and we enjoyed a martini at the bar while we waited. We were seated at a large booth overlooking the restaurant and had a lovely server named Michelle. The food was fabulous and the service beyond compare! I would definitely recommend Larsons for a special occasion.
