Nice white table cloth setting. Cozy enough for romantic date or celebration. Service was very attentive and helpful. Started with a fillet dough wrapped shrimp/salad shared with sav blanc wine. Entrees were beef tenderloin with mushroom sauce and match stick fries. Very tender and done to likeness. Paired with a Burgundy. Fish of the day was Bronzzino with veggies. Nice presentation but was a bit bland. Paired with a Chateau de Pop. Dessert was a Grand Mariner souffle which we shared. Paired with a port and seterne. Souffle was probably our least favorite item we ate. It seemed to be under cooked on the inside.

Impeccable service and excellent food and wine choices make this one of my favorite restaurants. The food is always perfectly cooked and the trout I had there most recently was no exception. I always feel I have been on a little French vacation after dining here.

Lavendou never disappoints us. The food is always delicious and prepared perfectly. They have a great wine selection and the Bordeaux's are very good. Pascal and all his staff are attentive and provide wonderful service.
