Had a great experience. I booked last minute in open table. They seated us in the bar area but there were plenty of great options for a more formal dinner in that section which I appreciated. Our server Sarah took great care of us and had great energy.

This happened to be a default reservation as our first choice didn't have any availability. Hands down, we were OVERLY HAPPY that it worked out this way! Service was top notch, steaks were mouthwatering and the pecan cheesecake beats cheesecake factory any day (& I LOVE CF!) Highly recommend! We will be back!

We enjoyed the atmosphere and the sevice… husband had an amazing meal and I just probably picked the wrong item and it was overly salty. However I tasted his and it was fantastic. We also shared a blueberry waffle for dessert and that was fantastic!

We’ve been frequent customers for years but their food portions have shrunk DRASTICALLY and the food didn’t have nearly as much flavor. Drinks and service were great but the food left us disappointed

We had excellent service, our waiter had two specials that sounded good to us. It would’ve been nice to have known the cost of the “specials”. When we got our bill, one of the “specials” was $161 and the other special was 141 and honestly, we were really taken back by the price. The food we ate did not warrant the price we paid by any means. So we were truly caught off guard. The meal was more of a $150.00 meal for both, but our bill was $398.00 with 3 drinks total, plus tip.

We haven’t been to Le Moo for dinner in a couple of years and compared last nights dinner to our prior experience. The steak was average, but overpriced at $72 for a prime filet (this included a basic side that was very basic). We each had a premium side of a loaded baked potato for an up charge of $4 that was cold yet not all the way cooked inside. The free champagne at the door was a nice touch and the dessert was good. The beverage I had was good but again over priced for what I was provided. Very disappointed in comparison to how this place used to be. We spent over $200 for a bland meal. The village anchor is also the same way now. These two places used to be favorite spots but now seem like money grabs for mediocre food. There are other steak houses in Louisville that are better.

The staff was friendly and the we liked the decor and style. Our food was delicious but nothing the knocked our socks off. We waited longer than I would have thought for the waiter to come back after taking our drink order to bring the drink and then take our food order. Twice, I ran out of water and though staff was coming around with water they never seemed to make it to our table. My wife had the steak diane and enjoyed it but felt the steak was a little tough. I have the choice 14 ounce ny strip. It was cooked perfectly! We both had the skilled mashed potatoes and felt they were extrordinarily dry. I was actually surpised. I wasn't so disappointed that I would not go back and I was there on Valentine's Day evening which may have contributed to those issues. No place is perfect and it was good enough that we will definitely go back.
