Established in the heart of Palm Springs at the foot of the San Jacinto Mountains, Le Vallauris has been one of the highest rated restaurants in the Coachella Valley since its inception in 1973. The exquisite cuisine at Le Vallauris is prepared by Executive Chef, Gabriel Morales, Award winning Angeleno Chef who has replaced the long time Chef Jean Paul Laire as he retired in 2024. The Historic Landmark was built in 1927 as a home for the Roberson family, who managed Palm Springs' first hotel, The Desert Inn. Many grand parties were held in the house for guests such as Duke Ellington, Nat King Cole, Louis Armstrong and many more. Later on, when the restaurant was established it became a favourite place for Presidents and the Hollywood elite, and local socialites.

We had a lovely dinner. A little slow on getting things requested, but not terrible. Food was excellent! Had to request a different table, but request was handled nicely.

Le Vallauris is one of our favorite restaurants in the desert. We have never been disappointed yet. The food was delicious. The service was good. We felt our waitress was attentive to the needs of our guest who was gluten free. Overall, a great dining experience although expensive.

Worst service ever. Waited 20 minutes for someone to come say hello. :30 minutes for appetizers which were wrong another :30 for main courses. Food was fine but service was abominable and they didn’t even seem to care

Service was extra slow. Food was okay but had immediate stomach ache for rest of the day before getting sick from lunch.

In town for the Indian Wells Tennis Tournament and had a wonderful Sunday brunch at Le Vallauris. The patio is lovely, enhanced by the great old trees. The food was outstanding; highly recommend the Shrimp Katafi and salmon. The best Floating Island I’ve ever had. Raymond, our waiter, was wonderful. A very engaging young man who made sure everything prepared to our satisfaction. The bus staff were great too. Can’t wait to go back

The is absolutely my favorite Restaurant in Palm Springs! Amazing ambience, great food and the best service in town! I recommend requesting Raymond! He’s professional and can banter if you in the mood. Their brunch is the best value if you want to try them out before a special occasion or a romantic Tuesday Dinner. Enjoy!
