Level was established as a locals first atmosphere with welcoming attitudes to all. Our cocktails are all handcrafted with fresh juices, mixes, and garnishes. One of the many things that makes us unique is our ability and commitment to source as many fresh ingredients locally from the State of Maryland and surrounding markets. We are dedicated to supporting the area small businesses, watermen, farmers, and the environment on a local and global level. Our small plates style of dining encourages this sense of community and sharing. Level is located on the second block of West Street known as the Arts District.

    Our waitress was awesome. She was on top of everything and the energy at the restaurant was very energetic, but also gave my fiancé and I the ability to have a great conversation for our date night.

    Plates are good, but a bit pricey ($15 on average per plate). Typically, 2-3 plates per person is what was recommended. Vegan options are all delicious. Short rib udon was my favorite.

    We had a fabulous experience at Level. Came in for dinner before catching a show at the Colonial Players and found a great evening. The Service was friendly and attentive without being overbearing. The food was delicious! Drinks were creative and yummy. All and all, we look forward to our next visit.

    As a vegan and gluten free diner, I appreciated the selections available to me. The bratwurst with parsnip puree and broccolini was excellent. The beet salad and black bean sweet potato salad were bursting with flavor and the ingredients were very fresh. The atmosphere was very cool. I’d definitely go back.

    The food is excellent, and our server (Gabby) was outstanding. I particularly recommend the Mediterranean bruschetta and the Brussels sprouts. Also the Bourbonapolis!

    Saturday night dinner in Annapolis. Noise was daunting but I managed to find a quiet spot with my date. We ordered scallops, burrata, and salad. The scallop portion was only three pieces, delicious but hardly shareable. Microplate would be more apt than small plate. The burrata was delicious, drizzled pesto and sun-dried tomatoes over crostini. The roasted beet salad plate was uneven. Walnuts were dropped onto a plate of smooth-leaf kale (not arugula). Overall, an adventurous menu. I will return to sample more of their offerings.

    We always enjoy getting to Level before seeing a show near by. Service is always great. Love the unique drink menu. Sharing small plates is the best because you get to try a variety of things without eating too much. Really love the farm to table offerings supporting local providers.
