   We had a couple of drinks. Food was ok. I was not happy when I wanted to follow my diet and substitute French fries from my chicken dish for rice. Was told I can buy a side of rice but they can’t substitute. Really?? Petty considering our bill for two people was $160 before tip. Petty and not customer friendly at all.

   Repeat customers - we have been many times before and will enjoy it again. Our table for 5 was ready on time, and we were given a choice between one right by the door or the one we opted for closer to the back. One of our chairs was positioned in the main walkway kept getting knocked by everyone walking by. It's not a big deal, just annoying. The only other complaint was the whole fish (snapper) that we ordered was cooked to perfection and brought out to show us before serving - it looked fabulous, however, we all had bones in it when served - for the price and being pushed by the server as the best, bones were disappointing. One of our guests had the organic salmon - melt in your mouth delicious (we all had a bite). Overall, the wine pairing was good, the fish and seafood were fresh and delicious, the drinks were average, and the service was fantastic - we were the first turn and not rushed to get out,

    This restaurant is a big scam. The waiters (Carlos and Chris) are rude and try to up sell you on everything. They sold us a fish that was a whopping $266 on the final bill (mind you we already were paying north of $800). No one mentioned how expensive it will be and that it will take 45-60 minutes to grill. We had the Rockette show at 7:30pm and we had told this information repeatedly to the waiter at least 3 times. We were 20 min late for the show! We had called twice before the dinner time to inform them that we are celebrating my Mom's 70th birthday and would like a dessert with candle. And also requested for a table close to the center where there is a beautiful fountain. We walked in and the hostess tried to seat us in a very dark spot close to the windows and only when I protested she moved us closer to the fountain. Not letting this ruin our experience, we sat down and ordered almost everything on the menu (we were a group of 6 and wanted to try most of the dishes) except the fish. And then Carlos came in and started up selling us the fish. We asked about the grouper and not once he mentioned that this fish is a 5-6 pound monster and since you have ordered so much food already, I don't recommend this one and by the way, it is about $50 a pound which will set you back $266 for just the fish. And not once did he say that it will take 1 hour to cook it. In spite of us telling them that we have to be at the show at 7:30pm! What a scam and believe me I tried talking to the manager afterwards and he was equally unapologetic. They ended up bringing us 3 desserts (that we didn't order) to celebrate my Mom's birthday and charging for all of them! This is a big fraud and since they have the prime location they are continuing this scam as they know hapless tourists will pay! Please don't patronize this restaurant as there are many great Greek restaurants in the city and also plenty of other fine dining options in Rockefeller center. Please save yourself from the torture
