Lindey's is a high-energy, white tablecloth restaurant serving the finest American cuisine in an upper east side New York bistro setting. Nestled in historic German Village, the design incorporates original artwork, bentwood chairs, copper topped bars and hardwood floors.                                                             Our meal was an office holiday luncheon, the third in four years at Lindey’s. Everyone enjoyed the appetizers, their entrees and drinks. Our server was efficient and unobtrusive. Lindey’s, as ever, was lovely and welcoming. We all agreed we will be back next year.

                                                            Lindey’s has been our go to restaurant for special occasions, in this case my wife’s birthday . The cuisine is consistently exceptional, the atmosphere absolutely elegant, and the service impeccable!

                                                            We went to Lindey’s for our 1st wedding anniversary and it did not disappoint! The food was incredible and the service was even more amazing! Nate was amazing! We told him that we were sober and he went above and beyond to still make us feel special on our anniversary by offering us a dessert instead of champagne. The ambiance of the restaurant was wonderful. Every aspect of our dinner was phenomenal. Lindey’s is our new favorite place!

                                                            Our brunch was delicious, the quality of the food is always so great, the service was calm and pleasant. It’s our favorite place. We love the restaurant so much we are using their catering service for our daughters wedding next week!

                                                            Everything was TOP NOTCH. Oue server Cassandra was just the right amount of attentive and had a great personality. Two of our party had the halibut special and it was delicious. One person as the steak Frites and another the Tournedos of beef. Both pieces of meat were cooked exactly to our specifications. THe lobster bisque is creamy and full of lobster and the french onion soup was overflowing with delicious cheese. This is not our first time at Lindy's and it will not be our last. We also had an outstanding table in a nook in the back of the restaurant. We could hear each other speak

                                                            We love Lindsey’s and enjoy this restaurant very much. You always have wonderful food and service. But the one thing we don’t like is the noise level . Besides having a busy restaurant, they also have music playing which is not needed as it just adds to the noise created by the patrons. Their homemade rustic sour dough bread is delicious. We even bought a loaf today to freeze and have on Christmas Day.
