We enjoyed the convenience of valet parking on a cold, rainy evening. The ambiance in the restaurant was elegant, softly lighted and welcoming. Matthew, our excellent server, was knowledgeable about the menu and our filet mignon was done to perfection!! We ordered. The side dishes of asparagus and garlic mashed potatoes were flavorful. A lovely meal! I will return again soon.

Our server, Carmel, was knowledgeable and professional. She was attentive to our needs while still affording us the ability to enjoy our meal without excessive interruptions. Our server Jacob was very personable and provided very good service. The food was excellent. The yellowtail crudo and lobster dumplings were delicious. The sushi itself was fantastic. My wife’s favorite was the Haikkaido roll, mine was the jalapeño business alongside the Spicy Tuna roll. I loved the bluefin tuna tasting. We ordered a Kyoto Maki, unfortunately they were out of shrimp (surprising tbh) so we couldn’t get it. I ordered an Always Sunny roll instead which was a bit of dud. That was the only sore spot on otherwise a fantastic meal. We ended the night with the banana split, which was delicious. The food is pricey, but you get what you pay for for the most part. I would say it’s worth it. This was my first time but will come again.

From the great happy hour service, fun & joyful bartender, to the fabulous foods. It’s a wonderful, enjoyable experience. After a long day, it was a short walk from the convention center - up the stairs - it’s worth it to pass the regulars. It’s like being in Greece! Lamb, chicken, sauces (artichoke), all delicious. Tonight was our first time dining with Capital Grille and it was amazing! Our server, Challice (I hope I am spelling his name correctly) was superb. Very friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. He made it extra special, as well as the bartender when we first arrived. All of the staff were so friendly and welcoming. The Rose Plantation is casual elegant dining amidst a beautiful serene atmosphere. This century-old home, built by the prominent Dwight family of Massachusetts, sits on four acres of Rose Avenue along Fountain Lake. Eclectic china, fine silverware, stemware and linen tablecloths enhance the setting for the Americana-style food and wine that awaits the discerning evening diner. Lunch is served in a more casual setting, consisting of delicious soups, salads, sandwiches and smoked meats. The Rose Plantation is family owned and operated.
