The food is so good here. Yes, the service is excellent, and the decor/ambience is lovely. But ot my, such tasty food. Tonight we had some kind of mushroom truffle ravioli with amazing parsnip crisps, it was to die for.

Food and cocktails were delicious, you could tell the food is made with quality ingredients. Our server was lovely, attentive and knowledgeable. We went on a Monday evening so it was quiet. The ambience is cozy but elegant. Only thing to note was our entrees came out at different times so my friend was waiting for my entree to come out for a while so we could eat together. Great night overall !

We enjoyed a 7 course meal which ended up being more like 10 courses and it was exceptional. Every bite offered a different and unique experience. First timer. Had the Snow Crab toast and the Hot Chicken Sandos and we each had a glass of wine. Good food. Good service. Music was a little loud. parking is challenging at peak hours (645 pm), and we each had a car and both of us had to park around the block so expect to walk a block.

His grandmother "YUWA" passionately owned a fish market in Chiba, Japan for over 50 years. Yuwa's dedication to her craft deeply touched Chef Omori and he lovingly brings her spirit forward with his professional experience at a well-known long-established Kaiseki restaurant in Tokyo, Japan.

Chef Masahiro Omori brings specialized regional dishes from across Japan taking advantage of the highest quality, freshest local BC ingredients. These can all be paired with our specialized selection of wines and sake.
