Michael Mina is a celebrity chef in Vegas. One of his most popular restaurants is StripSteak which aims to take the "stuffy" out of the classic steakhouse. StripSteak is the Aria Hotel and Casino, and it has traditional steakhouse options, like rib-eye, Scottish salmon, and a whole host of sides. Diners rave about the Maine lobster tacos, though, which come as a starter and include shrimp, shiso, kewpie mayo, and celery root spuma. Stripsteak is absolutely amazing, which is why I make a reservation there every time I'm in Vegas. The atmosphere, service, and food is top tier.

Was the perfect place to celebrate our friend’s birthday. Our waiter Marcus was so cool and helpful, Sushi was delicious and all drinks and food arrived at perfect timing. Will definitely come back whenever we are in town.
