Our server, Reece was great! So pleasant and prompt. We were there for a ‘holiday’ get together and she was super patient as we hadn’t seen each other for a while and hadn’t even looked at the menu. She gave her recommendations and let us move at our own pace. When we needed anything (like a group picture) she was great there too.

I'm never sure what to expect when I go to a favorite restaurant in a different location but Moxie's Medicine Hat didn't disappoint. Our server - lovely lady (can’t recall her name- blonde lace, had a print top on - was awesome. Very attentive, and not pushy at all. We had the whipped feta with tomatoes-a must try! Wings are consistently delicious - crispy on outside which we like. Our son always orders the beef vindaloo when he goes there and it was excellent. My husband and I had the beef dip. They definitely upped their game cuz the meat was extremely tender and the bread was perfect. Much better than the bun and sliced beef. Only comment was my husband thought there was too much butter on the bread. It’s so refreshing to truly enjoy a great meal, reasonably priced and everyone was so nice and we left happy. Thank you

Moxies is a great eatery for families. The menu provides a good selection for any taste with red meat, chicken fish, vegetarian and vegan options. Waiters are friendly and efficient and well trained for the environment. Parking close to the restaurant is very good. We started our Christmas shopping with a quick lunch - hubby and I shared the salad and they split it for us - which was very nice. The Tiny Tuna Taco's were delish - but dont' stay together very well - first bite and they crumbled apart. BUT they were GOOD. The server was wonderful and chatty - took care of us right away. The manager followed to check up on us and see how everything was going - however the managers perfume was over powering - and for someone with a scent allergy - all I could smell and taste afterwards was her perfume. :( that was the only downer - We will be back though - it was very enjoyable

It was extremely loud!!! Large groups should be seated in private dining areas. I could barely hear my friend all night!! The food was fine but there was an issue about my friends bill and the waiter was rude and told her “ to read the menu before ordering” ???? This is Not how you solve issues!! 000000 costumer service!! He also barely checked on us and brought the bill out before we even asked. Brought out tea without sugar and had to ask another waiter to do so after waiting for ten minutes…. Not the best night and we are both pretty regular at your establishment. As a matter of fact, I planned our Christmas party at Moxie‘s at Yorkdale yesterday and it was wonderful. Very disappointed

Our group of 6 had the utmost pleasure of being seated in Nima’s section this evening and I’m not sure this restaurant’s customer service can be topped. Between the Moxies staff, food, and ambience, you can’t ask for a better experience. However, it was truly our server Nima and the managers working this particular evening that tied everything together to make our dinner memorable. Between the quality checks, small talk, menu knowledge, and attentiveness to our table, it’s no wonder the place was packed on a Thursday night. Our group honestly left the dinner talking about how floored we were with the service. This experience has set the bar and made regular customers of us. Thank you Moxies team!

Our server was incredible! She was so kind and thoughtful. This was one of our best restaurant experiences with regards to service. The food was phenomenal, I didn't think I could like brussel sprouts that much!! The ambiance was perfect we were looking for a Christmas vibe and this restaurant nailed it!
