Amazing. The taste was wonderful, every dish was very good. The wine also is so good. Cocktails are good, but not amazing, presentation of cocktails is quite normal. But the food, attention and wine was so good. I definitely recommend it. The taste the Christmas menu and was so good. And the pasta with cheese for my little one also wonderful

Emmer & Rye is a restaurant designed around the farmer’s haul, featuring a menu that changes daily with a focus on seasonal and local cuisine. Heirloom grains are milled fresh for house made pastas, breads, and desserts, whole animal butchery is done on site, and an extensive in house fermentation program captures flavors at their peak and preserves them for the off season.

Everything about this restaurant is immaculate. The food, the service, and the ambiance were all fantastic. One of the best meals I’ve ever had, especially the caccio e pepe. We will definitely be back!

Went for a date night and we were not disappointed! The host and staff were all very kind and respectful. The food was delicious! My boyfriend and I can’t wait to go back!

This was such a wonderful experience, from greeting to farewell! The ambiance is casual yet sophisticated. The cocktails were great and they have an extensive wine list. The food was delectable, unusual yet usual pairings kept us intrigued and excited for each new dish. Overall, would highly recommend!

In 2010 Basta, from the Italian word meaning “enough”, opened its doors with a single wood-fired oven evoking techniques both past and present. Our kitchen sources from a variety of locales with significance placed on Colorado and West Coast farmers, ranchers, and fishers. Our beverage team curates a focused menu highlighting small production beer, natural wines, and seasonal cocktails.

Basta is located in the center of the Peloton Condominium Complex.

Patio seating is available first-come, first-served, weather permitting. Walk-ins always welcome!

Dinner at Black Cat Farmstead is a unique dining experience. Enjoy private garden cabanas with wood stoves, gorgeous views and a 4-Course chef tasting menu (dietary restrictions accommodated) created by James Beard nominated chef Eric Skokan at our historic farmstead. Our 500-acre full-scale diversified organic farm supplies the majority of ingredients for your meal; from vegetables & herbs to the pork & lamb to the grains. We offer 7 intimate private tables per evening. Reservations are required & limited. $145/per person++

Reservations are released weekly on Mondays for the following 3 weeks. We are generally open Wednesdays - Sundays. We do allow pre-booking for parties of 6+. Bramble & Hare, the original Farmhouse Kitchen and Bistro, opened its doors in July 2012. Founded by Chef Eric Skokan and his wife, Jill, as the sister restaurant to their Black Cat Farm~Table~Bistro.

It is humbling and reassuring to know that some restaurant professionals are willing to work this hard to produce high quality local cuisine. The farm to table concept is an added bonus. The price fixe menu was impeccably put together, and the resulting taste combination was nothing short of sublime. Excellent and knowledgeable waitstaff without a hint of pretentiousness. Thank you Bramble & Hare… we hope to be back for another special occasion!

Brutø is next-level dining—seriously, what a ride! From the second you walk in, it’s clear this place isn’t messing around. The vibe? Modern, cozy, and a little edgy, like it knows it’s cool but doesn’t need to try too hard. Even the plates, bowls, and cutlery were so on point that I caught myself thinking, “I need to step up my dinnerware game.” We went big with the 11-course tasting menu, and wow—just wow. Each course was like opening a little gift, perfectly wrapped and full of surprises. Every single dish had a story, a purpose, and a whole lot of heart behind it. You could feel the thought and care that went into not just the food, but the entire experience. The flavors were bold and inventive but somehow still comforting. Oh, and everything? Sustainable in some way, which made me love this place even more. And Lauren, our expert in literally everything…absolute rockstar! She didn’t just bring us food; she brought us into the food. The way she described each dish and wine pairing—like she was giving us the inside scoop on a masterpiece—made the whole night feel like a VIP event. Plus, her energy was infectious. You could tell she loved what she was doing, and it made all the difference. This isn’t just dinner; it’s a full-on experience. Brutø is the kind of place that makes you want to tell everyone you know about it and then book your next visit before you’ve even left. I’m counting the days until I can go back and hopefully see Lauren again. If you’re on the fence—go. Just go. You’ll thank me later.

Kachka features an award-winning menu of post-soviet inspired dishes including famous dishes such as the Herring under a fur coat, Rabbit in a clay pot, dumplings and much more. The restaurant is an homage to the dishes our chef/owner grew up eating. Kachka is open for indoor onsite dining. Walk-in lounge and bar seating are also available.

Our Lavka grocery is open from 11am-9pm daily with counter service ordering from our Lavka cafe and deli available from 11-3. Seating is first come first serve on our upper patio or indoor lounge tables.
