One of our best dining experiences in a long time, considering we dine out frequently. We enjoyed refreshing cocktails at the bar prepared by Kevin before moving to the dining room where we were attentively served by Yuli and her colleagues. The appetizers were so delicious - the swordfish dip, empanada and bison anticucho. We took on the recommendations from their F&B Head Likith and enjoyed sharing entree plates such as the octopus and Toro Toro churascho - the Colorado lamb was just amazing! The Napa Nook bottle of wine recommended by Gary was just the right pairing. We closed out with desserts La Bomba and churros, and got to meet Executive sous chef Jonathan so we could offer our compliments to the chef and his team. Outstanding evening, thank you Four Seasons!

The food service and food exceeded all my expectations. Our server Mark was extremely knowledgeable on all the menu items and explained how each meal was prepared ! We ordered appetizers, main , desert and a chai ,I can’t say which of the items I enjoyed the least . Every item was a delight . I don’t think any other Indian food restaurant will live up to the expectations set by Musaafer .
