Using mainly proteins, vegetables and local artisan suppliers, the simplicity of the menu is naturally driven towards being gluten free. For this reason, Emerge is a popular location for coeliacs to safely dine. Although we refer to Emerge as using simple ingredients flavour is not lacking!

We had the bottomless lunch & the experience was fantastic. Our server, Andrea, was fabulous, explained the menu perfectly & kept our drinks topped up throughout our lunch. The food and service was amazing, I had my birthday dinner there and they were so accommodating and friendly. I highly recommend their Focaccia e burro and Prosciutto e burrata and their Pappardelle al Pomodoro, definitely will be going back.

4 of us dined at Rebel Rebel this evening. One person had dietary restrictions and was guided to dishes that met her needs. The remaining 3 of us enjoyed our grilled prawns, zucchini flowers, sugarloaf cabbage and a salad of tomatoes and nectarines followed by ice cream ( coffee) and sorbet ( mango) Service was exemplary- knowledgeable and helpful We had a good time

Great venue , food was fantastic with a great host and table staff . My wife and I had 2 enter share plates , the prawns and halloumi , followed my the main lamb dish which was just perfect with roasted carrots as a side dish . For desert we shared the baklava . Enjoyed dinner so much we plan to be back before we leave Byron as there are other dishes we want to try . Definitely worth a visit .

Our entire experience was excellent. Greeting upon arrival was warm & friendly. The speed in which our high tea choice was delivered to the table was also excellent.
