Located in Uptown, the third location of Uchi made its debut in 2015. Melding the best offerings of Chef Tyson Cole’s first three restaurants (Uchi Austin, Uchiko, and Uchi Houston), the menu includes hot and cold tastings, makimono, yakimono, tempura, sushi, and sashimi. Reservations are encouraged and can be booked online up to 1 month in advance. Walk-in bar seating is available and is subject to wait times. Really enjoyed everything and had a great experience. Busy restaurant, so can be hard to hear sometimes, but the food is amazing and the prices are reasonable. The service is excellent, a little chaotic at times, but we attended on a holiday. We will definitely be back!!!

I had a reservation for Valentine's Day and they sat me about 10mins after I arrived. It was very crowded so I was happy with that. The food was delicious and the service was pretty good. I got the grass fed beef tenderloin and my wife got the ancient grains bowl. Everything was prepared really well and tasted very good. The ambiance was busy but not out of control. I like it a little loud anyway so you can't hear everyone's conversation. It was a nice night.

I had the beet salad with salmon. The salmon was cooked the way I liked and the beets were tasty. I enjoyed it. I sat near the windows at the front of the restaurant which is much quieter than the main area. It also has smaller tables. I would definitely go back.

At Waters Restaurant – Sundance Square, we source the freshest wild, seasonal, and sustainable seafood available. The food was on point, and the room was great. It started well with the hostess accommodating traffic delays and then seated immediately. Brad, as our server, was very attentive and worked at our pace - so we could enjoy our dinner. His suggestions were on point, and his demeanor was very accommodating - I will be back and will be asking for Brad!

José brings a fresh, modern take on regional Mexican cuisine to Dallas’ beloved Lovers/Inwood neighborhood. Inspired by the brilliant and fast-paced culinary scene in Jalisco, the restaurant captures the serendipitous connections created when culture, food, tequila and art merge into one experience. Jose’s vibrant story comes to life at every table through its chef-driven plates, craft cocktails, the ceramics crafted by its renowned namesake, José Noe Suro of Ceramica Suro and the hand-drawn mural adorning the walls with scenes of Guadalajara and Tequila, which was a collaboration between Suro and Dallas-based designer and artist Megan Reinhardt. More than a restaurant, José is a community with authentically innovative Mexican food at its heart. Helmed by award-winning Chef Anastacia Quiñones-Pittman, José’s culinary program is seasonal, inspired and ever evolving.

Inviting, bright ambiance. Incredibley creative, fresh , delicious and unique offerings. Fidel is a fantastic server. Everything from Valet to dessert was supreme. Definately will return to try incredible cocktail menu.

We enjoyed ribs, enchiladas with green and red sauce, carne asada, queso and margaritas. However, the menu is so vast we could eat something different every visit for a long time and still not cover all of it. Everything was delicious. Cesar was our server and he did a nice job even during the dinner rush!

Hailing from Florence, Italy, Adelmo Banchetti started his career in the food and beverage world at the tender age of 16. His work took him all over the world from ships to hotels, and finally, Dallas, Texas , where he worked at the legendary Fairmont Hotel’s Pyramid Room, the Mansion On Turtle Creek, and the Crescent Court Hotel. In 1989, he and his wife Eliza, who hails from the Mediterranean region, opened Adelmo’s Ristorante to rave reviews. Their love of family, friends, good food and wines is reflected, to this day, at Adelmo’s. We feature cuisine inspired by the Italian/ Mediterranean region as well as the herbs, spices and grains indigenous to its shores. Made with the freshest ingredients. Now, the tradition continues with their children Andrew and Lauren on board . We continue to be family owned and operated and offer award winning wine selections and personalized service, all in a rare old world setting.

Ida Claire is a funky, southern influenced restaurant & bar open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The food is notched up southern but has influences from different regions. You’ll most likely see dishes you’ve heard of before but with little twists here and there.

Our sandwiches will be served on biscuits & we’ll have chicken & waffles on every menu. Brunch is obviously southern & will be a big part of what we do. The drinks are takes on classics like the Mint Julep but revved up & including a lot of house made ingredients.

The décor has a southern influence with antebellum charm & elegant polish, stated most clearly in our reworked air stream trailer parked in the garden for VIP reservations. The whole restaurant will feel like a quirky southern aristocrat’s home…just not exactly what you might think.
