It was an incredible dining experience. Truly. I forget our server’s name, but she was from France and she was wonderful. She curated the best dining experience for us with her knowledge of the menu, her suggestions for meals that compliment each other, and ensuring we were happy. The food ranks up there as top three ever for me and I don’t remember my other top 2 experiences lol. Highly recommend for an incredible dining experience.

Fabulous experience tonight for dinner! Started with delicious cocktails in the bar as we waited for our table, then we were seated Oceanside where we enjoyed the Yellow tail sashimi starter, the catch of the day “Sea Bass” and the Red Snapper! Everything was prepared beautiful and delicious. The team’s attentiveness and the ambience of the resort and restaurant stands out as a top highlight for our stay in Cabo.

We were in Mexico City for business. Costa Guadiana was recommended to us, and we are happy we dined there. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. They gave us great service throughout the dinner. We started with the ceviche and mushrooms appetizers. Both were seasoned to perfection, and tasted amazing. Our entrees were also delicious. I ordered the filet tacos and my colleague had the fish Veracruz. We also enjoyed their margaritas, made with fresh lime juice and shaken to perfection. We will definitely go back!

The food is good, good ambience, but the waiter was so insisten recommending us the plates with the highest prices, and recommending us extras without telling us it was an extra charge. It is very obvious they want to have you with a big account. That kind of actitud is not a pleasant experience.

RESERVATION POLICIES:
The maximum number of guests per reservation is six. For groups of five or more, a deposit of $250.00 MXN per additional guest is required, processed via credit card through Open Table.

Multiple reservations and combining tables from different bookings are not allowed. There is a 15-minute grace period; after this time, the reservation will be marked as a no-show.

We found the lobster to be over-cooked on the outside and under-cooked on the inside. I’m not sure why restaurants don’t boil lobster, but bake it instead. Of course they did not charge us for the lobster, plus they gave us complimentary desserts. We will certainly return again and again. Our favorite restaurant in Puerto Vallarta!

Eight years ago, Maximo Bistrot started as a restaurant for the thinking and execution of dishes from a wide range of techniques with the best of local ingredients; a warmful place that communicated our love for food. Our new home, located at Alvaro Obregon 65 bis - a much wider space where gleams of natural light shine upon the surface-, is carefully assembled by Gabriela's meticulous look, and a kitchen built within Eduardo García's early memories, while living as an inmigrant in a barn in Ohio. We had a lovely dinner on the terrace upstairs with a front row view to the sunset. It was incredible. This is our 3rd time at this restaurant, and it’s only gotten better over time. The taxi’s now know where to go, and they have easy access to taxis after your meal. Our server Sergio did a fantastic job. All staff was friendly and kind. Drinks were awesome, food was even better. Worth the trek up the hill, especially for sunset.

My spouse and I recently enjoyed a memorable dinner at Tostevere. We tried as many dishes on the menu as we could fit in and the consistency in the food was impressive - everything we tried was great. One unmissable dish that really popped was the dessert of fig in sauce with vanilla ice cream. Still thinking about it days later and I never even knew I liked figs. My only regret is we had to leave San Miguel de Allende before we could go a second time. If you’re a foodie like we are just go.
