We first opened our doors in 2016, when a then, 22-year-old Charlie Carrington, decided to create a restaurant that changed cuisine every few months. Dubbed the most "Ambitious Restaurant Opening" of the year, Atlas Dining quickly rose to cult status. Within a month, Charlie became the youngest Australian chef to be awarded a Chef's Hat.

Eight years on, and (now) 25 cuisines later, Atlas Dining continues to be one of the most unique restaurants around.

We had the Sunday Christmas special. It was excellent. Lots of delicious food, great variety. We order two of the garlic bugs which were divine. Could not fit another thing in! We came to celebrate my partners birthday for the second year in a row and we had such a great experience. We enjoyed ourselves even more than last year and I’m not sure how that was possible. The food was absolutely amazing and the service was impeccable! Our waitress was so kind and made great recommendations and was super knowledgeable. Despite there being birthday’s on almost every table around us the staff still made an effort to celebrate my partner as well and sung happy birthday even with just the two of us. We came away will full bellies and hearts. Thank you so much for making my partners birthday so special!!!

Tucked down a laneway, housed in an industrial building, you'll find our quirky pizzeria. Our vibe is super casual and we love to see our customers sharing pizzas, beers and enjoying life. Our space is ideal for large groups, but also for families and couples.

Were all about the pizza! Pizza Napoletana is authentic pizza from Naples, and we make it according to the generations-old technique....with just a little of our own twists here and there. Our dough is made in-house and fermented for a minimum of 24hrs to create a tasty and light base - minimal yeast so no bloating here. Then its hand-stretched, topped with quality ingredients imported from Italy AND sourced locally, and cooked at a fiery 400 degrees.

We do other stuff as well - starters, sharers, salads, homemade desserts, and gelato. Plus cocktails, imported and locally brewed beers, and some carefully selected wines from independent wineries.

Lagoon Dining was our first choice for a venue to meet up with an old friend for lunch. Having dined here, we knew we wouldn’t go wrong. The restaurant was full on that day, and with favourable weather for an outdoor seating, we asked for a change in the reserved indoor seating. This was immediately accommodated. We ordered Hot and Shredded Potato with Chingkiang Vinegar, Fried Chicken White Pepper Togarashi, Silken Tofu Slices, Steamed Humpty Doo Barramundi, O’Connor Beef Short Rib and a bowl of Steamed Rice. All fresh and exquisitely prepared. They were paired with wine recommended by our wait staff. The food and service was top notch and value for money. The flavours were unique and interesting. It is a great place for meeting or a lovely afternoon/evening out where great food accompanies great friends and family. The trio of us left with a happy tummy.

We had our directors and partners lunch at the restaurant today 11 December and it was excellent. Food was fresh and absolutely delicious, wine list excellent and we all walked away happy. Lastly, the Tesoro Christmas hampers were very well received. Thank you to the TG team.

The Woodhouse is always an absolute gourmet dining pleasure. Service is impeccable. Food is beautifully presented and delicious. Every dish on the degustation menu is a tasteful joy. The Porterhouse steak was unctuous and served with a gorgeous buttery lettuce and radicchio salad, with choice of mustards. Loved the apple sorbet with finger lime and strawberry soup. The sumptuous desserts! Heavenly! We enjoyed last night’s dining experience with the Woodhouse Martini.
