I want to thank Regional Manager Melissa for the outstanding attention she gave us! We showed up for brunch and didn't realize it was not offered on weekdays. She read my disappointment and went above a beyond to ensure I was going to love the experience anyway :). BOY am I glad we stayed. She recommended the French Onion Soup and it was probably the best thing we've had in a long time! Delicious!!! We'll be back, and often! Go see them...Le Moo is awesome!!

Everything about the experience was incredible. I was looking for something special for our anniversary trip. Carson’s did not disappoint. We were there for brunch. It was hands down one of the best I have ever had. Unique takes on dishes, presentation was flawless, service was top notch. Palmers was not busy when we went in but we had made a reservation regardless so we wouldn’t have a wait. We were seated immediately. Our server arrived shortly after seating and was very helpful with choosing a starter. We had the calamari which was served on a bed of cabbage with a slightly spicy peanut sauce drizzled over it. It was very good! I had a wonderful grilled salmon salad and my son had the Caribbean chicken salad. Both salads had nice fresh mixed greens. Our server was attentive and helpful throughout our meal. I highly recommend Palmers!

We had a nice time. At White Castle having reservations, being seated, having someone come to your table to take your order and then deliver it was corny but a whole lit of fun. Can't wait for next year and do it again.
