We have now been to this pub for a meal twice and it is really good. It is in a very attractive village and is very cosy inside. The food is really nice and the staff are great.

Went in for a family dinner with a friend's family. Worth the money paid. Great food, good portions, polite service, nice ambience and an overall value for money. Must try if you enjoy Kerala cuisine. We travelled 45 miles for this treat and it was worth the effort.

Excellent as always. Pasquale, Domenico and the team looked after us making the evening special. Thanks to Rosario for being the best and most personable waiter, and a shout out to Ciara too who we had a lovely chat to. The menu tweaks recently have enhanced the offer and the atmosphere (we were on the terrace for a change) was lovely.

Our family had a very enjoyable evening at Jajoo in Hale on Friday, November 8th. The relaxed and comfortable atmosphere made for a perfect dining experience — relaxed ambience, not too noisy, just right for conversation. The food was light and packed with flavour too, with excellent options for vegans and vegetarians. Luke, who took care of us, was genuinely pleasant and attentive. If you're looking for tasty Indian street food with a chilled atmosphere, Jajoo is definitely worth a visit. Easy to book online too.

From the moment when we walked in we felt welcomed ! The atmosphere at Baltic Pearl is so cosy and inviting, perfect for a special evening out. The food and service was absolutely outstanding, the dishes was cooked to perfection and the flavours was incredibly fresh and balanced. Ordered a mixed grill and a chicken tikka. Got no eggs for the mixed grill, would you like an extra sausage? That was a question! What should I do? I know shall I nip across the road to the co-op and get some? No your alright. When it came the size of the gammon steak was massive. Food was OK but not presented very well. But it was a night out with my boy so it didn't matter.
