Our best meal in Santa Fe! The red chile braised short ribs were delicious. They also had several options for kids. We will definitely be back next time we’re in town!

Nice dining area with local architecture feel although it’s a little crowded w table really close to each other. Really slow to non-existent service. Took 20 minutes to get any attention from server. Drinks / cocktails were really good. Venison chops and burger were good, but kids meals not great. Menu lacked core SW entres. Overall, expensive and too many concerns. would NOT recommend

No structure to their serving system. Very chaotic. Our main dinner was served before the appetizer. The salad most likely came out of a bag. Preset menu yet they were out certain dessert items. They walked around the dining room with plates asking who ordered what item. WORST of all, I ordered a virgin cocktail and they brought me alcohol. This was just absolutely disappointing. There was no communication amongst their staff. The poor bartender was all alone and the poor waitresses were at the mercy of the disorderly management. Plus, everything took FOREVER. No refills on water because no one came around. Awful. Poor management. Sub par food.

Had to order the new years menu. Food was dry and bland. No sauce. No steak knife. Just bad warmed up food.

It was 12/31, busy I know, but we were seated at 6:30 and left at 8:45 with our desserts to go because we had been waiting so long. It really took the fun out by waiting and waiting. It was a prefixed menue which usually helps staff get it out. Not to mention expensive. It took 2.5 hours to get served all 3 courses. The glaze on the steak was not visible. The scallops were good. A man next to us came over and asked if our steak was as horrific as his! It was nicely heated whereas many in sf are cold and drafty. Noise level was low til about the time we left at 8:45. I watched a man in charge keep circulating the room but he never asked about our service or even made eye contact. I could not figure what he was actually doing accept seeing there was no turn over at the tables and people waiting to be seated. Not doing this again for New Years or any prefixed menue night. They did give us $45 discount and our to go bag. It was also our anniv., and never noted as it was noted on our reservation

Of the four of us dining we all had an issue with our main courses - overcooked trout, dried out pork belly, and flavorless short ribs on a bed of gummy polenta.

The evening started with our wonderful server, Candise. The kitchen helped adjust a menu item that was note perfect in size, flavor and presentation. Kudos to this customer friendly service. We shall return.

In a word: “meh”. Not at all what I expected based on images and marketing. Juan, our server never made eye contact or introduced himself. I could read his name tag. Zero welcome. All employees walk around like donkeys on a trail -just doing a job. I could see them interact with others in the same manner. $15 for extremely salty 4 ounces of pozole. Croquettes are “interesting” attempt at southwest fusion. Red and green chile was burnt or old. Side of carrots some cooked. Others still hard. Mac n cheese was plain and needed salt. Tasted the flour roux and butter not cheese. Disappointing.
