Market Grille in Manchester, Connecticut is a nice combination between an upscale eatery and a casual restaurant. You can meet your coworkers there for drinks just as easily as you could bring your child to Market Grille for their birthday. The menu is mostly modern American cuisine, but there is also an extensive wine and beer list.

The four-cheese lasagna at Market Grille is very good. Two other very popular entrees here are the classic fish and chips and the stuffed domestic pork chop. If you like seafood, the raw bar here will not disappoint. Every day, fresh oysters of all varieties are offered.

We were sat at a great booth location and had a very good and attentive server. It was an enjoyable meal. All 5 of us stated we had very good meals served hot. We will be back.

Everything was fine. I was disappointed that I put in the reservation that we were celebrating a birthday and I also mentioned it while the waitress was present and she wished my sister a happy birthday birthday. I thought they might do something special. they didn’t. That was the only disappointment.

There were not enough wait staff on duty. We had to ask for water. I asked for sweetener for my tea and never got it. We were not checked on during the meal.
