    In addition to the optional roasted organic turkey, Chef Peter Schintler will be offering a tasting menu in harmony with the season. Please keep in mind that Marmalade does not offer a la carte. For reservations of 5 guests or less we only offer a 5 course dinner and for groups of 6 or more, we only offer a Fixed Group Tasting Menu, the 5 course is not available for groups of 6 or more. The price is per seat and applies to all guests, regardless of age, ensuring a consistent experience, no exceptions. To meet demand the dinner will last 2 hours and 45 minutes. THIS IS AN ADULT ORIENTED EXPERIENCE. We do not have high-chairs, changing tables, and there is no room for strollers. FOR A SMOOTH SERVICE, NO SPLIT CHECKS.

    Excelente experience, excelente food, excelente staff, recommend 200%…This was our first time and we came out very pleased and wanted to come again. All the food, the wine and the service spectacular. The waiter the knowledge they have abut the ingredients in the food and what to recommend is spectacular.

    The tasting menu had enough variety for anyone who had special needs. The food was excellent and very generous portions. The staff was very attentive. Although pricey it was well worth it. The other restaurants we tried in San Juan were very disappointing, so this was extra special.

    Outstanding service and superb food. We enjoyed the Lobster Risotto, Ceviche, Gnocchi and Tenderloin. Coupled with a Rose Wine to enhance the experience. Alejandro was on point all night. Would recommend and come back.

    We had a wonderful meal and loved the ability to choose most of the courses. Our waitress, Layla, was outstanding and the chef came to our table to greet us during dinner, which we thought was a treat.

    The whole experience was amazing. It was a 5 course meal and each portion size was very generous. The place looked beautiful and very romantic and relaxed. The customer service was by far the best I’ve had at any restaurant.

    Absolutely loved it and will be back anytime we’re visiting San Juan. Beyond impressed with food, service and the whole experience, we had to wait for our wine refills a bit too long :). Beef tartare blew my mind.

    Everything about Marmalade radiates attention to detail, customer satisfaction, and excellent food. I just had one of the best meals ever! Service is beyond top notch and the quality and taste of the food is phenomenal. Please dine here, savor the experience, and enjoy the attention. The only suggestion would be to have local music playing in the background. Thank you to all of the staff during my dining experience, I will remember my experience with all of you.
