Reserved table for two not ready at 6:30. Sat at 6:50, waiter did not approach table til 7:05. First drink arrived at 7:15. That is not acceptable. Tuna tartare was fine. Filet was excellent. Was never asked if wanted a second drink and water ran out. It was busy for a Tuesday but management needs to figure out how to staff properly or close sections if understaffed. Our waiter was overwhelmed which wasn’t great for us.

Terrible service. Not a typical experience at Mason Street Grill. We were the very first group (4 people) to be seated. We told our waitress we had 1 hour 45 minutes before we had to go leave to catch a show. 1.5 hours later and we just got our salads and soups. It was not very busy. We were charged, corrected the charges and not even an apology.

We came here for our 10th anniversary. Excellent service and food. The pineapple mojito is sooo good!

A fabulous dining experience from start to finish. Wonderful service, even better food. Steaks and ribs were perfectly done, sides delicious, and the desserts topped off a great meal.
