                                                                                                                                  went there last night for my birthday dinner with 5 other girls. within the first 15 minutes of being there, we saw a waiter drop silverware on the floor then pick it up, wrap it up and put it on a table for someone to use. we then ordered our food and i got the “shish tawook” which says it’s chicken and rice. the waiter double checked with me my order, then proceeded to bring me out chicken tacos. when i told him that wasn’t what i ordered he looked at me like i was dumb but then said no problem we will get that fixed for you. over 10 minutes later they brought me out steak and rice, my friend told the waiter that i ordered the shish tawook and he told her that shish tawook means beef, when on the menu it clearly states that it is chicken. after another almost 20 minutes i got my food. everyone else had already eaten. the manager made it seem to be my fault, and that i was changing my mind, even though i only ever said i wanted the shish tawook. when the bill came i was still charged for my meal. safe to say i will never be back. very disappointed.
