   I was not like the other times we have gone. They sat us in the ballroom area that was very bright. They did not seat us in the main dining room with other people even though they had empty tables. Felt left out. The food was good but not as good as usual. The steak use to be great tonight it was just okay.

   They stuck us in the back room which is usually not a dining room. We had to walk through the hotel lobby and the hotel guests were walking by the table often throughout the night since they never closed the door. The lights were very bright and not very nice for dining. We eat here at least twice a month and this was very disappointing. Food was decent. Drinks were decent. Meal was overpriced. $260+ for two people with only two alcoholic drinks. All of the other things could have been overlooked with appropriate ambiance for the New Year’s Eve celebration. The bright lights and no music made it feel like a diner at 2pm on a Tuesday afternoon. I think we will rethink our frequent dining at this establishment.

   Our server Aaron was fantastic!! He was thoughtful, timely, informed and kind. And as always the food was fabulous!

   Service was great and food was over priced and not very good. Ordered steak medium and it was burnt and mash potatoes were tasteless.

   You never get a bad meal here. The food is amazing. However some things have slipped over the past few years. The host, Hunter,didn't seem to have a clue. He made us wait 20 min. while he seated others who came in after us even though the restaurant was only 15% full, luckily another host came along and seated us. That made for a bad start. The waitress was excellent but the young man who removed plates and filled water glasses kept reaching across us instead of moving to the side of the table. The soda and iced tea was so watered down that it might as well have been water. The steak and salmon were excellent. Cooked perfectly. The potato both mashed and scalloped were tasty and the brownie ice cream sundae was incredible. Our waitress, Allie(sp) was on top of everything. So, no longer a 5 star but still good.

   We were a group of 4 fun ladies. We were seated in the back room, which was full. It was loud and difficult to enjoy conversation. There were plenty of tables in the main dining room where we could have been spread out . We had some cruddy weather, and I think they were short staffed, so things moved slowly. Our waitress, Gladys, was friendly and personable. They really need to fix the trap in the bathroom, though. It reeks like sewage....has everytime we've been there. Unacceptable for the high end clientele they're serving.

   We had a wonderful time. Our steaks were cooked perfectly and the meal was fabulous. Well made cocktails. The banana bread pudding with whiskey caramel sauce was decadent. We celebrated our Anniversary and they gave us a champagne toast and card which was lovely. Our favorite restaurant in the area.

    Sarah was excellent .Drinks from bar took forever . Acoustics are terrible hard to hear table guests without speaking loud .
