- GGerardDallas - Fort Worth •1 review5.0Dined 5 days agoSupper Club isn’t just about the food… which is so good it could be just that. It’s about the whole experience. How you are welcomed, the atmosphere when you walk in, the music, how your waiter and server take care of you and of course the food. - LLoraBaton Rouge / Lafayette •13 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoThe food was amazing, as always! The service was impeccable as well. While expensive, this is the perfect place to celebrate a special occasion and is well worth it. Our wait staff was all amazing. We had bbq shrimp appetizer, sea bass and New York strip entrees with creamed spinach and garlic mashed potato sides. They gave us a complimentary blueberry cheesecake for our anniversary celebration and we ordered a berries and cream dessert to go. My husband ordered the Manhattan Eastside and I ordered the Prime Manhattan, but as soon as we tasted them, we switched and it worked out perfectly. The prime was brought to the table, shaken and poured, for a nice touch. Anyway, we really enjoyed our evening at Ruth’s Chris.More infoRuth's Chris Steak House - Baton RougePrice: Very Expensive• Steakhouse• Baton Rouge•5

Discover Baton Rouge
Not far from the Gulf of Mexico, Vermillion River, and Atchafalaya Swamp is Lafayette, Louisiana. The town's closeness to these bodies of water makes fresh-water fish and seafood among the most popular foods. Restaurants in Lafayette specialize in Cajun and Creole styles of cooking, which were originated by the people who settled here generations ago. Cajun classics like gumbo, red beans and rice, and po'boys are all popular. In Lafayette, you'll also find classic American burgers and Southern dishes like chicken-fried steak. Be sure to try beignets, a deep-fried Louisiana pastry. Topped with powdered sugar or served with dipping sauces, these are eaten for breakfast and dessert.
