   Overall experience was pretty disappointing. Walking in excited to try this restaurant with a loved one. Ordered the Valentines day special. Chicken skewer appetizers were amazing and made me want to repeat the experience as a returned customer again however the main course steak was very disappointing. Garnish was bland and steak was very chewy my spouse couldn't finish her meal. Between courses was a very long wait approximately 30 or more minutes between courses and asked for bill and desert to go at this point. Waitress didn't ask how were things if the meal was good. I understand it was a busy night but when people coming in after us and leaving before us, I was not impressed that it took a total of 2 hours Between 9 to 11 pm for us to have dinner.

   The service was great, but the 7 oz steak I ordered was tiny, blackened and tough on the outside (med rare on the inside as requested though). It was tough to saw into. Fries were tasteless, vegetables undercooked. Considering the cost, not a great meal. First time I was disappointed by Milestones

   Unfortunately, the service was very very slow. 20 minutes to get a piece of cake and we had to ask for it. One of us wanted pork chops, which was on the menu, but told they have been on back order for some time. It was also cold, under the table, in the back south/west corner. We arrived early and were seated, however, I received texts asking if I was still coming and when I tried calling to advise, we had already been served, no one answered. I still don’t think they knew we showed and weren’t a ‘no show’.

   It was a first Time for me. I enjoyed myself. The food was delicious especially the bruschetta and Carrot cake. All and all 4 stars

   Always a great place to go but this visit was extra special as we were celebrating a birthday. Food was excellent as was the drinks, dessert and service! Justin and Devon were wonderful.

   Great location in Ottawa, close to many attractions, staff are great, food os where they only get three stars. I had a steak and was not worth the $$$. Burgers ordered beside me looked much better. Will try the burger next time.

   Thankful to be able to book a table for New Years’s Eve and not be restricted by a fixed menu. The service was great. The restaurant closed at 10PM but this was not realized until the morning of New Year’s Eve when a text was sent as a reminder. It is unfortunate that the management didn’t realize the opportunity to stay open later to accommodate all the fans intending watch the World Junior Hockey Championships and celebrate the fact that Ottawa was hosting the tournament and the fan fest was right at Aberdeen Pavillon. The large tvs were great to watch the game; however, due to the closing time, we were not able to stay to watch the third period. The food was alright - the appetizers were lukewarm but given the time it took to get them and the fact that they had called last call on hot food, we choose not to send them back. There were several items that were listed on the menu that are no longer served at the restaurant and there were a number of items that when ordered we were informed that they weren’t available that evening. Overall, given the choices at Landsdowne, I would go somewhere else first but Milestones would do in a pinch.

    Inattentive service. Also, we were asked to leave at closing time instead of being offered a table in the bar area.
