   Food and service was great, but for New Years Eve there should have been music playing and the lights dimmed a little.

   Aunque llegue 1 hora antes de la reserva y solicitamos mesa outside no hubo disponibilidad después de esperar 1 hora la opcion fue inside o esperar 1 hora más, los baños pésimos, sucios con mal olor, con muchos papeles en el piso, el resto del servicio y la comida fue excelente, pero honestamente no cumplió con mis expectativas para ese día.

   The following are the poor key point: 1. Took a very long time to be seated because the hostess was also the person seated the guest. Under staffed. 2. Order a stake at $63.00. Quality of stake was poor. Had much better stake at Long Horn Restaurant at half the cost. 3. Ordered a Salmon. This was the smallest and thiness Salmon that I have ever seen. :( 4. Our waiter was not very professional. Was not engaged and rushing. He did not check on us during the whole process.

   The services was extremely slow and a little unfriendly. Need to request bread and water. Waited more than 15 minutes to order. The inside was colder than the outside of the restaurant.

   Food was inconsistent. On some members of my party’ Grilled Chicken dish was over cooked and lack taste. However, the salmon dish was excellent. Overall good to visit during the holidays because of the display.

   The place was good . The food was horrible. We have five groups in our party . I have to return my chicken entree bc the chicken was too hard to eat . I bet it was a frozen chicken then grilled . My son , nephew ordered steak and again it wasn’t cooked right . Overall , almost all of the food we ordered had no taste . Not worth paying that much and you can’t get your money’s worth . We should have returned most of our entrees but decided not to do that . Hector, our server was good ! Is it bc it is new new eve and busy? This should not happen. This is Mission Inn!! I should have asked for credit !!

   Was very busy, but it was new year's eve so that was definitely expected. The restaurant itself was beautiful. For the most part the service was good, but I did take longer to get a pepsi than it did to get our food. It was also hard to tell who was our server. We did have a great time.

   For as bourgeois as the Mission Inn tries to be, unfortunately their attention to service is still not anywhere near upscale. Waiters repeatedly come to your table and don't remove empty dishes without asking. Every service interaction should be orchestrated to improve the dining experience. REMOVE THE EMPTY DIRTY DISHES!

    Karen server was friendly and attentive. Pancakes bacon hash browns all good. Chicken apple sausage flavorful but overcooked.
