It was a very odd experience. I have been to several other Mr Chow restaurants that have all been excellent. This was a combination of very strange service, average food and a completely bland dining room. Ordering food and drinks was difficult. They had a captain service who seemed to have to do everything but he was nowhere to be seen. The manager came out to us and spoke to us nicely and apologised. He seemed maybe a little frustrated himself as he’d worked at other branches. All in all - pretty rubbish and not what you’d expect from mr chow.

Pop open a can of Chef Boyardee & you will enjoy it more than the "Famous" noodles at Mr. Chow. Obviously, the chef has either lost his taste buds or just does not like flavoring of any kind. Please leave the chili sauce at the table, that is is only way you will get any spices at all. We were staying at Caesars & remembered very last minute that getting into a restaurant on Valentine's day would be difficult, know we understand why they had openings on such a popular night. The Valentine's menu looked great & included a before drink, which we had to remind them to bring. The restaurant itself was beautiful & the moving moon sculpture was very cool. The meal was extremely expensive and disappointing. We were super excited too, because we always stay in the same tower at Caesars & pass it all the time. Hopefully, this will get better.

My husband and I experienced the worst service on Valentine’s Day this year. No one ever came to check up on us. I had to ask several times just to be able to order and pay the bill. The waiter was catering to the table next to us, which was apparently a famous athlete who he checked on every five minutes. Meanwhile, he completely ignored our table. It was a complete rip off with a bill over $400. We didn’t have any drinks. Just two apps, two entrees (both extremely small portions), and one dessert to share. It was completely underwhelming and the worst dining experience we have had in years. We dine out frequently and don’t mind spending on a special experience. This definitely was not it. A total bust for what should have been a special evening.

The Valentine’s Day dinner was very disappointing. Can’t believe I spend $500 on food that could have been better from a mom and pop Chinese food. Worst dinner ever!

The price tag is WAY too high for what was served. Food was good but $180 per person was not ok. Each meal wad MAYBE worth $50.

I wasn’t overly impressed with the menu choices. For the amount of money spent I would not go back we were not real happy with the food. The service was very good every one was very helpful and pleasant. Just wasn’t a fan of the food for the price. The atmosphere was nice and fairly quiet. It was very clean.

Love this place. We had a bit of a problem with slow service and then not getting the appetizer until we asked for it and it came after entrees. Servers (food and drink) were very engaging. They sent a dessert to make up for the appetizer problem. Will still go back. Ambiance is awesome.
