I can’t say enough great things about this restaurant. The atmosphere, the staff, the food were all absolutely top shelf. We had such a great experience. Highly recommend!

It was great food and service, noise level in dinning room w bar was VERY loud .. and was staff. Other customers annoyed as well-- not relaxing for cost.

We enjoy dining at Napa Cafe for special occasions and particularly love seeing what’s new on the menu. Last night we brought two out of town guests who live near the coast and have seafood regularly in their home towns. Because of our guests, we were disappointed that the new menu featured too many seafood items. Don’t get me wrong, we enjoyed our dinner, but some of us didn’t want seafood. All of the apps were seafood except one, and most were shellfish, which we couldn’t eat due to an allergy. We also felt like the new entrees didn’t include enough non seafood options, and no one wants beef ragout when it’s 90 degrees outside. PS Jan always does a great job!

Napa can be counted on to provide a consistent level of excellence. Our party of six dined in the "Wine Cellar" room which was cozy and enabled the members of our party with hearing difficulties to enjoy the company. We enjoyed the Mahi Mahi, filet and pork chops meals and all plates were clean. Since we ate all our meals, we treated ourselves and had praline pie for dessert. The servings were huge so we did share dessert! Absolutely wonderful! I happened to notice that a wine dinner was planned for later in the month offering an interesting menu. This will provide another reason to visit Napa! Service was excellent. Adequate parking with security patrol. Parking area well lit. Dining room pathways adequate for wheelchair access. Handicap parking available.

Napa Cafe is our #1. We continue bringing family and friends here to experience an elegant, elevated 'start to finish' experience. This night we celebrated my wife's birthday. Napa Cafe has our preferred relaxed ambience, mouth-watering bites and amazing specials. We love the easy, friendly, un-rushed, attentive experience with their team. We feel very welcomed - and appreciated - at Napa. Glenda's commitment to delivering one of the finest (if not THE finest) dining experience in Memphis is greatly appreciated.
