Blacklock is a modern take of the Great British chophouse nestled in the corner of a Grade II listed textiles warehouse. We take the best meat in the country from the award-winning farmer and butcher Philip Warren in Cornwall. We cook chops simply over our charcoal grill with a little help from vintage Blacklock irons and serve it all up alongside cocktails from the trolley and wine on tap in our subterranean chop mecca. Attentive service and whilst the starters arrived quite quickly, there was more time between later courses and it was easy to have a longer break whilst deciding on desserts and coffee. Overall a lovely relaxed Sunday afternoon with great food and excellent service!

    It was my first time visiting this restaurant, and I was so excited! My husband and I came to celebrate Christmas early, and I started with a cocktail that was absolutely delicious. Since I hadn’t eaten all day, it didn’t take much to make me tipsy after just one drink! The food was fantastic—juicy and tender steak, fresh scallops . Every bite was a pleasant surprise. A huge thank you to the staff, who were so polite and incredibly attentive. They noticed I got tipsy easily and even thoughtfully gave me a bag just in case I needed it. I really appreciate the care (and sorry for any trouble I caused!). Overall, it was such a wonderful dining experience, and I will definitely be back again. Reika mui
